Nick and Rich showed up and explained what they were going to do to fix the problem of my sewer main backing up at the outside cleanout. They explained costs and the process which they took to eliminate any extra expenses. They were respectful and hard working. I will definitely use them again and ask for the same crew. The problem was out in the street and nothing could be done on their end, however, we were able to get the town to come and jet the sewer main and rich's crew stayed and worked with the city to identify the break in the street. They were outside working for 5 hrs straight in 40 degrees weather. Great teamwork and I'm very happy with the work they did for me.

I called Rich's Plumbing and they came out immediately and was able to set me up with a new hot water heater. Nelson was amazing!!!! Really, whatever this company is paying him, isn't enough. He was able to diagnosis the problem, remove my old water heater and install the new one all within 2 hours. He even fixed my garage door and hooked me up with a restoration service to look at the mold in my basement. He was like a genie in a bottle. I will definitely be using Rich's for everything moving forward!

Rich’s plumbing is highly recommended! We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling during a tropical storm. We called, and they were able to come out the same day! Our Service Tech was Carmine. He was very knowledgeable and professional! He had an awesome personality which made him easy to talk to. He showed us the ins and outs on everything we had questions to. He showed us where the leak was coming from, told us how it happens, and offered a solution to fixing the problem. I would definitely use Rich’s again if we had any kind of plumbing problem! Absolutely Amazing! We called late on a Friday night when our AC was not blowing cold air. They understandably had a very busy schedule and gave us a service window of 10AM - 12PM the next morning. Our technician, Luis, was at our door at 8AM and had us up and running in 15 minutes. He was very respectful of the times and had a mask on the entire time. He offered extra services and let us know pricing before he did anything. They were able to process a payment in our driveway. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are in need of service.

We've had these guys over to deal with our aging heating systems 4 times in 2 years and they've delivered every time, (different, complex problems each time). They are very professional, THOROUGH (they didn't stop until they found the answer), informative, courteous, responsive, and the work speaks for itself. We know we're going to have to shell out eventually for a new system and when we do, we know who to call.

Anthony and Rich were VERY polite, friendly and professional. They did an amazing job and did not quit even though the job was a real challenge and a real pain. After several attempts of snaking and still not unclogging we thought that the issue was with the main sewer line so we contacted American Water (Liberty) and they sent out a few technicians to see the issue. Anthony and Rich waited for them to arrive and stood there the entire time to see if it was in fact an issue with the mainline. To our surprise, the mainline wasn’t the issue so Anthony and Rich went back it again. They eventually resolved the issue and solved my problem. Very grateful I had them as the ones servicing my plumbing issue. I’m hoping to not have any issue again but if I do, I want Anthony and Rich to be the ones who come and do the job. They should get a raise, they definitely deserve it and the company is fortunate to have employees like them.

So far, so good, I've dealt with them for 2 different issues and in both instances they arrived on time, and were polite and resolved the issues. In the first instance, I had a leaking pipe which leaked to a lower level of the house, the technician Gary identified the problem and fixed it within an hour. It's worth mentioning that they only do the plumbing, not the patchwork. In the second instance, our central air conditioning was no cooling, and the technician fixed that within an hour as well. Both times we were given time slots for arrival and each time the person arrived promptly.

We are very satisfied with the quality work and service from the tech- Plumber George, from Rich's Plumbing Service. He found the problem of our leaky bathtub faucet, then went out to get the parts needed to fix it. He apologized that it took a bit longer because our hot- cold faucet handles are apparently getting outmoded, so more difficult to get the parts to fit- but George did. He changed both stems so now it's like a new faucet. George patiently explained that after a shower,  to firmly close each hot and cold faucet. Then dry off...and wait a little to give the water a chance to drain down out of the pipes. Not to keep squeezing the faucet handles, as this can break them.  Now we know.

I was in a pinch and needed some plumbing work completed to pass an inspection. Rich's came out same day and took care of the issues. The price quoted was WAY lower than other big brand plumbing companies came in with. The work took most of the day and was pretty extensive. The plumber got at it and completed the work with no issues. Normally, someone will come to do work and take frequent breaks or do the work over several days. Not these guys, get in and get the work done. I was so impressed that I've hired them for several other jobs over the past couple of months. They have enough workers to usually do same day work. I always get a call when they are on their way, and most importantly they respect your house and keep it as clean as possible. Can't speak enough as to how good the service is with this company.
